Reviews :

The music that they make is great and you should take a listen." — ultimateguitar.com

Dot Hacker's 2012 debut album, Inhibition, was hailed as "one of the year s best debuts and a rewarding trip" by ARTISTdirect. The band released a vinyl 7" for Record Store Day 2014, and present How s Your Process? in two parts, beginning with How s Your Process? (Work). Part 2 called "How's Your Process? (Play)" was released in October 2014.

The album was mastered by Bernie Grundman in Hollywood. The cover features a photo from award-winning photographer, Ryszard Horowitz.

Billboard referred to the album as having "piercing hooks and transfixing arrangements."

"We recorded a lot of songs over the last year with the intention of making a single full length album. We never actually expected that all of them would make the final sequence. However, we quickly realized there was nothing we felt should be left off." — Clint Walsh in a recent interview with Billboard.

Dot Hacker's genesis comes from when Klinghoffer and bandmate Clint Walsh were touring as part of Gnarls Barkley back in 2006. Two more seasoned musicians, Eric Gardner and Jonathan Hischke soon rounded up the lineup and the band was formed in 2007.
